Interested in Booking a Meeting Space?

Interested in booking the space for a meeting, party, or other room usages?

Rentals are subject to availability. Reservations can be made up to four months in advance and must be made at least fourteen days prior to the event date. Proof of insurance and other documents will be required for events.

If you are interested in booking a room at the Westside Library or Community Center, fill out the Room Reservation/Rental Interest Form.

Non-profit Organizations

The WCC provides meeting rooms for public use at no cost for non-profit organizations. The rooms will be available on a widespread and equitable basis for non-profit organizations who are seeking the space to explore educational, recreational, cultural, governmental, and informational community meetings, programs, and lawful activities.

Private Organizations

Rental fees are as follows and may be subject to change: 

  • $60/hour           Armadillo Hall (Gym)
  • $50/hour           Kitchen  * This room must be booked with the lunchroom or the gym
  • $30/hour           Mesquite Room (Lunchroom) or Pecan Room (ESL Room)
  • $150/hour         Special Event Rental that includes the rental of all spaces listed above
