Can I video chat/ Face Time with this tablet?
You are able to video chat using Facebook Messenger and Zoom that are loaded onto the tablet.
Can I add a pass code?
No. Please don't leave your tablet in vulnerable places.
Something is wrong with this device. Where can I get it fixed?

To turn your tablet on and off, you'll first need to ensure your device is charged by plugging it in. Once connected to power you find the first button on the right side of the device and hold for at least 3 seconds. Please see the video below for a visual tutorial.
To use many functions on your tablet, you'll need to connect to Wi-Fi. Please use the video above to learn how to connect to your nearest and most reliable connectivity.
All the tablets are circulated in English, but you're able to change the language whenever you want ! Please see the video above for more information.
